老同學
離開畢理中學（目前已改為畢理學院）已有32年了，當時只18歲的同學們，畢業後各奔前程，少有聯絡，如今已將進入樂齡的老同學們，大家來搞個老同學大團圓或集體50歲生日吧！有看到的師生們請與我或陳守忠（019 889 5529）聯絡。 1973年進入畢理中學過度班到1978年九號班的同學們請上來看看，有你們在裏面嗎？
第一次老同學聚餐於2月20日2010年在百樂門酒店由吳鳳強(orange)宴請.共有18位出席，希望明年會有更多同學出席。前排左至右為 蔡明星，倪可惠，黃西強，劉利堅，吳鳳強，將為生，黃良守。 站左至右 陳守忠，黃新旺，胡文忠，張容鳳，謝必昌，林守龍，黃孟祐，汪家利，羅愛燕，沈樹東，余明杰。 原本 Ivy Lee 也會出席，但她記錯日期所以不在相片中。

衛理畢理學院（MPI）的前身是衛理私立畢理中學，成立於1967年在愛的記念約翰畢理先生。畢理先生和夫人都出生在中國，教育和擔任傳教士在中國的福州，直到1949年由於共產黨接管，他們離開了中國。 他們大力倡導“全民教育”，尤其是女童，並為窮人。這是結轉從他們在中國的經驗。因此，他們都辛勤忘我建立學校和教堂。 1960年，畢理先生去世，因為是大面積心肌梗塞。他被安葬在詩巫。畢理夫人離開詩巫回到居住地美國田納西州納什維爾直到2002年7月11日當她去世，享年93歲。雖然畢理先生伉儷擔任傳教士在衛理公會砂拉越特派團只有11年（1949年 - 1960年），砂撈越的人民受他們愛，服務和犧牲的影響，尤其是詩巫及泗裡奎。 這就是為什麼在1960年中期的時候衛理公會砂拉越教育委員會（SCAC）舉行會議，設立一個私人循道衛理中學在詩巫，以應付需求的中三至中五學生，大家一致同意，學校被命名為“衛理私立畢理中學”。 1991年，為響應變化的教育政策，成立了MPI的提供高等教育，即會計學文憑，文憑工商管理和計算機科學文憑。那是一個先驅高等學校（IPTS）在馬來西亞的砂撈越。

FBT Modus-Verve installation in Sarawak Church (East Malaysia)
FBT Modus & Verve Speakers have been installed in Xin Fu Yuan Methodist Church in Sibu, Sarawak, East Malaysia. This Church is one of the largest in Sarawak, with 30 over branches in Sibu and 70 over branches in other parts of Sarawak.
Mr Hii Ting Chiong, IT & Audio committee chairman of the church, said: “We are very satisfied with the sound system, as the quality is very good. The FBT speakers have been chosen because they provide reliable & consistently good performance, accurate audio reproduction. It is a top of the range product which is 100% made in Italy and the sound quality is superb”.
Mr Dennis Law of Pana Micro Electronics Sdn Bhd, who is the system integrator of the church, commented that “the sound reproduction from the speaker system is like "live" performance. Some church members thought that the speakers were not in use/ not turned on, as the performance was like a live concert”.
The church installed the following equipment for its sound system:
FBT Active Line Array System & Verve Speakers (supplied by Pana Micro Electronics Sdn Bhd )
a) FBT Active Line Array System : 1 pair of FBT Modus 40A, FBT Modus 15A and FBT Modus Sub A - one on each side of the main hall.
b) FBT Active Monitor Speakers: 4 nos. of FBT Verve 12MA - installed at main hall
c) FBT Active Monitor Speakers: 6 nos. of FBT Verve 8MA - installed at the balcony area & for the music instruments.
